Only fits early 1999 Ford Super Duty pickups with the 7.3L PowerStroke diesel. Early 1999 models are built in calendar year 1998, and can be identified by the PowerStroke badges on the fender instead of the doors, or by checking the production date labled on the driver's doorjam.
