Where is this compressor manufactured?1

Does this come prefilled with oil?1

I am planning to get this for my brother's 2003 Forester in India which requires original part 73110SA000 or 73111SA001. It was sold i India by Chevy as a 2L model which is uncommon here. 1) What is the companion receiver/dryer or install kit that goes with this? 2) If the compression does not fit, how long since purchasing do I have to ship it back for a full refund? 3) If this ships with some oil and I have to check it in as air baggage, should I drain the oil? Could you do this before you ship it so I can keep it in the original packaging? Thank you, Ravi1
