This turbo (Stigan 847-1483, SKU 40-30086 SQ) fits all 2004-2006 Chevy Silverado and GMC Kodiak with the 6.6L Duramax Diesel, RPO code LLY. 2006 and 2007 models were also available with engine code LBZ, so you will need to check which one your truck has before ordering. You can find an RPO label printed inside the glove box; check that label to look for LLY or LBZ. If your truck has the LBZ engine, we have the correct turbo available here:

This turbocharger (40-30086 WX) is the same size as OEM, which means it flows the same amount of air and makes similar power. The improvement is the billet compressor wheel and VNT vanes; in addition to the increase in durability, they're lighter so they also allow the turbo to spool up faster, meaning you get less turbo lag and better throttle response. It's a good improvement for a truck that is otherwise stock, or maybe one with some breathing mods like an intake and exhaust.
