This turbo is only for HHR's that originally came equipped with them. If your vehicle did not come turbocharged from the factory, you wouldn't be able to install this. However, if it did, the output would be identical as the stock turbo.

There are a few handheld tuners on the market, but you will also need supporting mods like an intake, exhaust and bigger intercooler to support the higher boost levels.

This will also affect your vehicle's reliability, fuel economy and ability to pass any emissions testing.
