Inbound Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a motivated team player to join our growing Sales Team full-time. Our ideal candidate will combine their love of cars and/or experience in the automotive parts industry with strong communication skills and web expertise to provide our clients with an incredible customer service experience, while promoting the BuyAutoParts.com Brand.

Responsibilities:

The Inbound Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales through up-selling and cross selling techniques as well as delivering exceptional customer service to our web and catalog customers.

Qualifications:

-     2 or more years of recent Sales and/or Customer Service experience

-     Excellent communication skills; ability to quickly build rapport over the phone

-     High degree of computer proficiency

-     Ability to type 50WPM

-     Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment

-     High attention to detail

-     Must be results-oriented, creative and energetic in identifying sales opportunities

-     Superior closing skills

-     Automotive parts/knowledge of cars and parts (strongly preferred)

-     Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

-     Solid work history

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary depending on experience, ranging from $12.00-$14.00/hr. with the ability to earn more monthly through commissions, incentives, and overtime.  We also have a generous benefits program including 3 weeks paid time off, paid holidays, full healthcare, dental, vision, on site yoga, free drinks and snacks, and a great company culture.
