Junior Accounting Analyst

We are currently seeking an Accounting Analyst to cover a number of areas within our accounting department. This person will work closely within the Accounting department on a daily basis and will interact regularly with employees in the Sales and Operations departments. This is a great position for someone looking to grow with an established company.

 

Job Duties:

-     Invoice and Statement Reconciliation

-     Account Balancing

-     Account Analysis

-     Posting payments/refunds/credit memos/adjustments

-     Accounting Audits

-     Analysis and reconciliation of product pricing discrepancies

-     Accounts Payable/Receivable

-     Performing other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

-     College Degree required, Accounting majors preferred

-     2-3 years professional experience in an office environment

-     Proficiency in MS Office programs (including Word, Excel, Outlook) as required and has ability to learn specific computer programs as needed

-     Ability to apply analytical skills to solve problems

-     Ability to work as part of a team on a regular basis

-     Project management skills

-     Professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

-     Proficient in business math

-     A passion for the automotive industry, cars or car parts a plus
