Our traditional WD group continues to serve wholesale accounts, while our internet site is a popular destination for retail customers, car enthusiasts and mechanics.

We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our HR Team. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers as well as key senior management and executives to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the company by delivering the best talent to the organization. The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage the on-boarding of all new employees. The position is a true contributor to the growth of the company and helps provide the talent that makes the company successful.

Qualifications:

-     Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in a related field but not required

-     Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a staffing/recruiting position. Experience in an e-commerce company and recruiting software developers and technical positions, a plus

-     Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and organizational skills

-     Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle process. A personally developed or learned system of recruiting and on-boarding is preferred but not required.

-     Experience with active sourcing and candidate mining from all sources, especially LinkedIn.Must be dedicated to and skilled in researching and contacting ideal candidates, not just reviewing inbound applicants

-     General HR experience and skills preferred

Responsibilities:

-     Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all departments and levels of the organization

-     Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria

-     Develop strong understanding of entire business as well as functions of individual departments and roles to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process

-     Regular follow up with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruiting process

-     Develop and implement search strategy that includes vendor selection process and performance metrics for all searches

-     Create and execute personal time management plan in accordance with company’s hiring needs

-     Candidate management in applicant tracking system

-     Initiate on-boarding processes with both hiring managers and HR department
