Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities:

We are looking for experienced, hardworking candidates who seek a challenging position. Position primarily entails efficiently picking customer orders for shipment in a high volume environment. Candidate must ensure that the correct part number and type of product is picked, packed and shipped correctly. Successful candidate will also display a high attention to detail, while maintaining focus and accuracy.

Qualifications:

-     Previous warehouse experience

-     Requires the ability to stand on feet all day and move around a large warehouse for 8 or more hours in a fast- paced environment

-     Must be able to repetitively lift, squat, reach, grasp, carry, ladder climb, etc… on a regular basis throughout an 8-hr shift

-     Reliable with a positive work ethic, good organizational skills and a strong attention to detail

-     Ability to adapt to change, multi-task, and work quickly and efficiently

-     Experience with a handheld RF scanner for bin controlled inventory picking/transfers within a warehouse environment preferred

-     Saturday availability

-     Must maintain a solid attendance record

-     Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $12.00/hr. with the ability to earn more monthly through overtime. We also have a generous benefits program including 3 weeks paid time off, paid holidays, full healthcare, dental, vision, on site yoga, free drinks and snacks, and a great company culture.
