Please print this page and fill out the following information and include it in the same box.  If a box is damaged or too small you may put it inside another box, but you must include the original box.  Parts returned without the box, this form, and the packing slip are not accepted.  Parts returned in other boxes not accepted.  Return it to:

Core Return Policy
It is our goal to return the core deposit of every customer.  The only time core refunds are not given is when the part is visibly damaged, such as from an accident, when the core is incomplete, or the wrong core is returned.  Cores must be returned within 120 days of purchase for full credit.   Please see www.buyautoparts.com/core-returns.htm for more info.  Core refunds are credited once a week.  Please allow two weeks to receive your core refund from when we receive the core.  Cores are returned ground, so this may take up to 6 days.  If you paid via credit card, we will put the credit right back on your card.  If you paid via COD or other, we will mail you a check.

We Guarantee all good cores will be refunded within two weeks of us receiving the core.  No one else can match that.

Please do not call or email about core credits until 1) You have checked the date that we received your core  2) Have waited at least two weeks from that date and 3) Have already checked your credit card statement or mail box.    

We apologize for sounding harsh, but we refund thousands of core deposits each year.  We appreciate your understanding in this.  Thank You.
