Core Returns


Returning Cores

To return the core, open this page, print it out, and follow the instructions. *If you purchased from an Affiliate of ours be sure to follow their instructions. Cores must be returned within 90 days from purchase to ensure full credit. You are responsible for paying shipping on the core return. You may return it by any method you choose, just keep the tracking number, that is your proof of return.

About Cores

Some of our parts require Core Deposits. This means that we want your old part back. In order to ensure that we get your old part back, we put a deposit on your part. Once you or your mechanic installs the replacement auto part, we'll have you or the mechanic send the part back to us. When we get your good part back we refund the deposit.

We Guarantee all good cores will be refunded within two weeks of us receiving the core. No one else in the industry can match that.

Core Return Policy

It is our goal to return the core deposit of every customer. However, refunds are not given when a core is damaged beyond repair, incomplete, or the wrong core. All other cores are refunded. You have up to 90 Days to return the core for credit.


Please allow two weeks to receive your core refund from when we receive the core.

Core refunds are credited once a week. If you got a UPS Return Label from us, then it is being returned via UPS Ground, so this may take up to 6 days. If you paid via credit card, we will put the credit right back on your card. If you paid via COD or other, we will mail you a check.

We Guarantee all good cores will be refunded within two weeks of us receiving the core. No one else can match that.

Please do not call or email about core credits until 1) You have checked the date that we received your core by entering your tracking number at or other mail carrier 2) Have waited at least two weeks from that date and 3) Have already checked your credit card statement or mail box.

We apologize for sounding harsh, but we refund thousands of core deposits each year. We appreciate your understanding this. Thank You.

The following cores are NOT good and will NOT receive credit

  • Damaged Housing
  • Cut Wires
  • Broken Electronics
  • Stripped Anything
  • Incomplete parts
  • Cores that do not match the part sent
  • Parts returned without the original box.
  • Non Rebuildable
  • Disassembled

The rule of thumb is that cores are fully refunded unless visibly broken, damaged or incomplete.
