We are looking for an energetic, motivated, team player to join our Operations team. This person will be responsible for assisting the entire Operations department in various facets of daily operations.
• High degree of computer literacy
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as an individual and as a member of a team
• Stable work history
• Previous Office experience preferred
• Processing customer invoices
• Answering phones
• Faxing/mailing documents
• A/R calls
• Communication with vendors
* Additional responsibilities will be added as employee progresses
Operating hours for the Operations department vary daily and seasonally; qualified applicants will be available to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm.
We offer a starting wage of $12-$14/hour plus full benefits.
