Installed parts returned as defective or wrong, without prior approval by our staff, will not be refunded. Parts returned after 30 days will not be refunded. No exceptions. Please do not call to check the status of your return as we are handling hundreds of inquires a day. Please keep your tracking information, this is your proof of return. If you do not hear from us in three weeks of sending your part, then email Sales@BuyAutoParts.com. Inquires before three weeks will not be answered.
