Return Merchandise Authorization
You will need the packing slip or a copy of your invoice to complete this form. After you complete the fields below, we will email it to your email address. Once you receive the email, print it out and put it in the box for return. If a box is damaged or too small you may put it inside another box, but you must include the original box. Parts returned without the box and this form are not accepted. You must include all parts and any supplied paperwork or accessories.
If you have a part that you believe is wrong or defective, please contact customer service and we will arrange a replacement. Uninstalled parts returned as a wrong part or defective, without prior approval by customer service, are subject to normal restocking fees. Installed parts returned as defective or wrong, without prior approval by our staff, will not be refunded.
Refunds are typically processed in just 3-5 business days upon receipt by our warehouse. Please look for a refund on your credit card about a week after we receive the product. If you do not see your refund at this time, please email [email protected].
