Yes, the actuator is included as pictured. The core deposit is charged in addition to the price of the turbo, but is fully refundable if you return your original turbo and actuator. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and you can send your old turbo back in the box the new one comes in.

We do not currently have a kit listed on our site that includes a brand new turbo with the installation wrench, which does seem like an oversight now that it's being pointed out. If you send us a direct email via the below link, we can put together a special order that includes a brand new turbo with an oil feed line, mounting wrench, and we can also add on the gaskets and oil return line as well to ensure you have everything required for an easy installation!
