Stigan Premium New Turbo, Gaskets and Oil Feed Line Kit The stock Cummins/Dodge 5.9L diesel engine is a workhorse for sure. It is capable of over one million miles with regular service. As these wonderful engines rack up miles, some of the accessories bolted to them may reach the end of their functional life. Chief among these on the Cummins 5.9L engine is the Holset HY35W turbocharger. It is a good turbocharger, but typically can't last the same lifetime as the engine to which it has been bolted. Many are in need of replacement. New Holset units certainly do the job, but come at a very high price.
