This steering rack includes new mount bushings pre-installed, but you should be able to reuse your original bolts and hardware without any issue. We would also advise replacing the outer tie rod ends; they're a regular maintenance/wear item and they have to come off to replace the rack anyway, so it's the same amount of labor and you'll get better long-term results out of it.
