Thank you for your inquiry. The compressor on this listing is our Buyautoparts brand compressor. We do also sell the DENSO brand, which you may find within the same listing classified as OEM new with clutch.

Part # 60-01964 NA is just the complete compressor with clutch. We offer a 5 piece kit that includes the compressor, accumulator/drier, expansion device, oil and o-rings on part # 60-81289 RK.

This compressor will have some oil inside to protect the part during shipping and the time it spends on our shelf, but you would need to drain it and add fresh oil prior to installation. If you can provide your vehicle information, we can look up the exact type and amount of oil and refrigerant required.
