This kit includes a genuine Garrett/Honeywell turbo, exactly the same as you'd get from any GM dealership.

This kit includes a brand new Stigan turbocharger, exhaust manifold gasket, and oil feed line.

This is a stock replacement turbo that's going to fit and perform exactly the same as OEM; it will not add any extra power, and it would not work as a bolt-on upgrade for any non-turbocharged vehicles.

That part number doesn't seem to match anything else we have available either. Do you have a non-US-market vehicle? If you have an earlier-production Cruze model, the discrepancy could be because of an update for 2014+ models that is a retrofit for older models as well. Details about that here:

There's two parts to that:

1) We have lower operating costs than the OEMs and dealerships; no brick and mortar locations, lower marketing expenses, and other side effects of being a smaller company

2) OEMs tend to price their parts for the market when the cars are newer, where the cost is either covered by warranty, or targeting customers who ONLY go to the dealership and are less likely to cross-shop with the aftermarket. We sell more to DIY enthusiasts, or customers who got a particularly shocking repair quote from their dealership and want to explore other options

We strongly advise replacing the oil lines, especially the oil feed line, to ensure better oil supply to the center bearing of the turbo and better long-term reliability. If you choose to reuse the original lines, you can clean them out with carb/brake cleaner and compressed air.

If you're looking to add a turbo to your vehicle, you would also need an exhaust manifold, all the intake components (including the intercooler and vacuum parts), likely some larger fuel injectors, and a custom tune to make it all work safely. This will also affect your vehicle's reliability, fuel economy and ability to pass any emissions testing. If you'd like a faster car, it would be much easier and probably less expensive overall to simply trade in your vehicle for something faster.
