This is a genuine new Holset HX35 turbocharger. Make sure to clean or replace the turbocharger oil feed line and prime the center bearing of the new turbo during installation to ensure better long-term reliability! Fits many Cummins 5.9L diesel engines, but the only way to 100% verify fitment would be to look up any OEM part numbers off your original turbo.
