Fits 2000-2003 Ford Super Duty pickup and Excursion, plus 2000-2001 E-Series van. Also fits late 1999 or 1999.5 models, which can be identified by a production date in calendar year 1999 and PowerStroke badges on the doors, NOT the fenders
