Yes, this strut (75-20354) fits all 2007-2014 Cadillac Escalade, GMC Yukon, Chevy Tahoe, Suburban and Avalanche. If your vehicle has the optional air suspension, this strut replaces that with a standard gas shock and coil spring for better long-term reliability, and includes an electronic solenoid to deactivate any warning lights on the dash.

Are your 22" wheels OEM, or added on later? These shocks are going to fit and perform exactly the same as OEM, so if you're been driving around on aftermarket 22s without any issue, these shocks should work just fine.

Did your Escalade have those 22's from the factory? This strut pair (75-87846 2K) fits like OEM, so if those 22's fit with your original shocks they should fit with these as well, it's just hard for us to guarantee fitment on a modified car.
