No, this suspension compressor (78-10053) only fits 2006-2012 Range Rover, and does not fit any LR3 or Range Rover Sport. Does your 2008 LR3 have a Hitachi or AMK compressor? We can check to see if we have the correct compressor and relay available.

That's a complicated one. These vehicles left the factory with a compressor made by Hitachi, but there was a later technical service bulletin (TSB) that replaced failed Hitachi compressors with a new design manufactured by AMK, that did require a reprogram with a dealer-specific tool. This compressor (78-10053) is a direct-fit replacement for the original Hitachi design, with some reliability improvements, and it does not require a reprogram if your vehicle still has the original Hitachi compressor.
