This kit includes a steering gearbox, ram assist cylinder and control valve. This is also an excellent opportunity to replace the rubber hoses and the steering linkage at the same time; both of those are items that can wear out, especially at the age these cars are now. All parts are brand new, fit like OEM, and are backed by a 3 year, unlimited mileage warranty. Fits 1967-1970 Ford Mustang and Mercury Cougar originally equipped with gearbox tag SMB-K, including a 6-3/16"" short input shaft, 1-1/8"" output shaft diameter, and 5/16"" pressure port on the control valve
