The Plymouth Sundance is a compact car produced from 1987 to 1994. Plymouth, established in 1928, was a division of the Chrysler Corporation and DaimlerChrysler. The firm had its headquarters in Michigan, United States. The Chrysler Plymouth Model Q, rolled out in 1928, was the brand's first vehicle. The Plymouth Model U, introduced in 1929, was the first car of the firm released without the prefix “Chrysler”. Cars of the brand were equipped with a V8 engine for the first time in 1955. In 2001, the brand was discontinued and some of its models were rebranded as Chrysler.
The Plymouth Sundance was built based on the P-body platform. It was equipped with a 2.2L/2.5L/3.0L engine and a 5-speed manual/3-speed automatic/4-speed automatic transmission.
