As the awareness about global warming and pollution increases, cars are getting more efficient and an effort to make them as environmentally friendly as possible is at an all-time high. Besides turning to electric power, the main way of achieving this is turbocharging. The popularity of turbocharging has taken off, with lots of cars only being offered with a turbocharged engine nowadays. Besides efficiency, it is a great way of increasing power and performance. While there are lots of benefits, this just adds one more car part that is prone to regular wear and tear. We however, have a solution for that.
If your turbo does happen to be on its way out, our Nissan Replacement Turbochargers in stock will get your car in working condition in the nick of time. In addition to turbochargers, we offer intercoolers and feed lines for almost every make, with Nissan being just one of them. Every part in stock is a guaranteed exact fitment for the designed model it's been built for, as it's been designed to the highest standard and built only from top materials. If you have any questions about buying a turbo, check out our Buyer's Guide.

With the addition of a turbocharger your car will not only be more efficient, but its torque and horsepower will be increased as well. A turbocharger offers a bigger specific output per liter. This means that instead of needing more volume to achieve more power as it's the case with naturally aspirated engines, simply lowering the engine compression and adding a turbocharger to force more into the engine achieves the same effect, but with even more torque. In some cases, a power increase of up to 50% can be experienced. Believe it or not, a 50% power increase in pretty common. This power figure can be easily achieved because the turbo uses exhaust gases to spin the turbine, feeding air into the engine without wasting anything.
A turbocharger increases horsepower and torque while maintaining drivability and reliability, along with the same or better fuel efficiency. It's essentially a capacity addition to the engine, only instead of needing more actual cylinder displacement, by lowering the compression and allowing more air to be forced into the chambers, a power increase of as much as 50% can be seen. With turbocharging, it's not so much about horsepower as it is about torque. Because in the real world where numbers mean little, torque is the driving force that actually makes you accelerate and move.
If all of this hasn't made a whole deal of sense to you and you're still unsure about any part or product we offer, you can Contact Us through our site. We even offer instructional videos in our How-to section which can serve as a great tool in learning when a turbocharger needs replacing, and instructions on how that can be done.
