The company has multiple distribution centers in North America as well as a European Union branch office and distribution center in the Netherlands.

The company offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on air springs, air struts, compressors and coil spring conversion kits marketed to customers in North America and the Europe. All air suspension parts marketed outside the North America and the European Union come with a limited two-year warranty.

Air suspension systems use air springs instead of steel springs that are used in traditional suspension systems. Most air suspension problems occur because one or more of a vehicle's air springs have deteriorated due to age, driving conditions dry rot or road debris damage. Many low-quality knockoffs as well as some stock air springs are built with thin rubber air bladders, seals and weak crimping rings. Arnott's air springs are specifically designed to eliminate many of these common problems. While some problems can be fixed by replacing the leaking air spring, others require replacing the entire strut. Arnott remanufactured O.E. struts are one option but Arnott also offers brand new struts built from the ground up with quality components including an all-new internal shock. Arnott designed new struts are an excellent alternative for aging air suspension because they provide the luxury, comfort and auto leveling of air springs but replace the aging used stock shock with a brand new shock custom valved to provide a great ride at a more affordable price.

Another common air suspension problem is when the compressor burns out from overuse due to a leaking air spring or other component. Arnott has established partneships with the leading Original Equipment Suppliers of Air Suspension Compressors including WABCO and AMK.

For older vehicles or those with a multitude of air system issues, Arnott offers Coil Spring Conversion Kits which replace failing air suspension components with easy to install traditional steel springs. All of Arnott's coil springs are made from US Steel and many include Arnott's exclusive Electronic Bypass Module (EBM) wich turns off any dashboard suspension warning lights.
