Calsonic Kansei Corporation (Calsonic Kansei Kabushiki-gaisha) is a Japanese multi-national company that primarily produces automotive parts. Headquartered in Saitama, Japan, the brand has over 50 manufacturing centers in the USA, Mexico, Poland and France. It was established on August 25, 1938. The company employs over 20,000 people in its various facilities across the world. It has a separate research and development facility, testing research center and production engineering center in various locations in Japan.

Nihon Radiator Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Kanto Seiki Co., Ltd., were established in the years 1938 and 1956, respectively. Nihon Radiator Manufacturing Company was renamed as Calsonic Corporation in 1988. And, in 1991, Kanto Seiki Company changed its name to the Kansei Corporation. Over their years of history, these two companies managed to expand their business in various parts of the world. It was in 2002 that the Calsonic and Kansei brands integrated to form the Calsonic Kansei Corporation. In 2005, the company became a consolidated subsidiary of Nissan Motor Company.
