Thank you for your inquiry. The pressure port is the port away from the input shaft. It should be the smaller diameter port closest the bolted housing.

Thank you for your inquiry. What do you mean by the steering arm? Are you talking about the arm that goes from the output shaft to the steering linkage? If so that is called a pitman arm and we do not sell it for the requested application.

This gearbox (82-00295 AN) is brand new and does not require any core return. You may be able to sell your original gearbox as a rebuildable core to offset some of the repair cost.
