During the manufacturing process, each high pressure feed assembly undergoes rigorous testing of its tensile strength, burst pressure, low temperature flexibility, impulse, and corrosion resistance to exceed industry standards. Rein high pressure hose assemblies are built with SAE J188 compliant rubber compound hose with an internal noise absorber, not included by most competitors, along with protective jacket(s) and or heat sleeve(s). The SAEJ526 compliant tubing sections of the assemblies, along with their end fittings, are made of heavy duty carbon steel which are either resin, zing or zing plus powder coated for rust resistance. Tying the individual sections together are coated hose crimp ends, pre assembled brackets which eliminate the need for special tools, and sealing hardware, all as specified by the OE manufacturer.
