Consider replacing your outer tie rod ends as well for better steering feel and performance; they're relatively inexpensive and it's the same amount of work, so why reinstall worn-out old parts you'll have to replace later anyway? Do I pay a core charge for this part? If so what is the core charge?1

What happens if the part does not fit?1

Steering stiff on 2004 Volvo C70, changed pump no difference. So itâ€™s probably the rack. My question is what causes rack to fail? Itâ€™s not leaking oil anywhere. Itâ€™s basically a hydraulic piston and itâ€™s not leaking anywhere.1

The 11th number on my VIN is 2. Rack and pinion can be cross referenced to A1 Cardone 26-1986. Will your rack and pinion fit?1
