This kit includes a brand new Stigan turbocharger with pre-calibrated electronic actuator, plus a new oil feed line for better long-term reliability and all the gaskets required for installation. Does the turbo come as pictured with manifold and elbow with flange1

I have an early 04' Dodge 2500 diesel...I need the turbo with an actuator for this year....I see there is one with an actuator for an 05' model. It seems to me this one for the 05' would work with my 04' but everytime I see about the fitment it gives me the Stigan turbo without an actuator and does not offer one for my year model with an actuator.....please help me to know if this 05' will work with my 04 if I order it! I already purchased the one without and have already sent it back to you.....thanks for your help in clarifying!1
