This is a brand new manual steering rack and pinion assembly for models with electric-assist power steering. 100% direct-fit, guaranteed to fit and perform exactly the same as OEM. Because this is a brand new item, it does not require any core deposit or return. Fits all 2008-2011 Chevy Cobalt, HHR and Pontiac G5 with the FE3 or FE5 suspension option, including all SS models. If you aren't sure which suspension option your vehicle has, check the RPO label inside the glovebox for a list of options and look for FE3 or FE5 rather than FE1. This will NOT fit models with the FE1 suspension.
