Inner tie rod ends and internal shafts & gears are inspected, cleaned, and either machined or replaced as needed. All our steering components are backed by an unbeatable warranty. Beware of suspiciously cheap sellers who just clean the item and ship it back out; don’t cut corners with your safety!
This steering rack is for models with electric power steering, but the electric motor that provides assist is located on the steering column and is NOT part of this steering rack assembly. Fits 2010-2011 Mercury Mariner & Mazda Tribute, and 2008-2009 Mariner & Ford Escape with 14mm inner tie rod threads. 2008 and 2009 models were also available with 16mm inner tie rod threads, so please check which one you have before ordering!
