Thank you for your inquiry. The compressor on this listing is completely new and comes with a new clutch. The filter is included in both the 2 piece and 5 piece kit.

What exact vehicle do you have? This fits all US-spec 2008-2011 Impreza, 2012 and 2013 Impreza WRX, 2007-2010 Forester and 2011-2013 Forester XT, regardless of transmission option.

If your vehicle was privately imported from the US, we can double-check your VIN to be safe. This compressor (60-02934) fits all US-spec 2008-2013 Subaru WRX and STI.

This compressor will have some oil inside to protect the part during shipping and the time it spends on our shelf, but you would need to drain it and add fresh oil prior to installation. If you can provide your vehicle information, we can look up the exact type and amount of oil and refrigerant required. Your vehicle should also have a label under the hood with that information as well.

They are not included, but what exact vehicle do you have? We have AC kits available that include the compressor with clutch, drier filter, expansion valve, PAG oil, all the O-Ring seals required, and a two year warranty, versus one year for the compressor ordered by itself.
