This headlight is only the housing and does not include the following: Bulb Included - NO Xenon Capsule (HID Bulb) Included - NO Ballast Included - NO

We cannot guarantee that these will fit and function if you are using them to upgrade, but a good place to start would be to just source bulbs, ballasts and igniters from a vehicle that had that option from the factory.
