Is this catylatic converter California legal for 2009 mazda 3. 152,000 miles1

No, this catalytic converter (45-60201) is not legal for sale or use in California or anywhere else that requires CA emissions. Does your 2009 Mazda3 have the 2.0L or 2.3L engine? Do you need the upstream or downstream converter? We can check to see if we have a CA-legal replacement available.
