Does this piece include the tie rod ? If I need to get one , what is the additional cost??1

Since you rebuild racks, can I send you mine and if it passes core inspection (no cross threaded pressure fittings etc) would you rebuild it and ship it back to me? I assume turnaround would take a while but not crazy, just say what range that would be.1
