Not at all, this is only for vehicles which were turbocharged from the factory. If you're looking to add a turbo to your vehicle, you would also need an exhaust manifold, all the intake components (including the intercooler and vacuum parts), likely some larger fuel injectors, and a custom tune to make it all work safely. This will also affect your vehicle's reliability, fuel economy and ability to pass any emissions testing. If you'd like a faster car, it would be much easier and probably less expensive overall to simply trade in your vehicle for something faster.
