Taurus A/C Compressor Product Q&A

My 2016 explorer 3.5 calls for 7.3 oz of refrigerant oil in the system. Can I expect the compressor to accept the full 7.3 oz of PAG46 through the fill plug of the compressor? Or, how much and where it should be filled.... Are there instructions for filling with the compressor? I just returned a Murray compressor bought through O'Reilly because it would only accept 1.5 oz of PAG oil and there were no instructions with the compressor. There are many You-tube videos on adding PAG oil (including pulling vacuum on the low side and installing via the high side. I would like some written confirmation of how it is to be done in this compressor and expectations . Thank you.1
