ignition coil121020 12-13-7-594-938 is original for my 2006 750li e66 engine. but the dealer gave me ignition coil121020 12-13-7-594-937 and said that bmw d to this part. should i insist on the original part 938 or accept to 937? will the car run better with the original part 938?1

Hello my name is Jason Clark I have a 2006 bmw 325i production date 06/06. My question is my car is idling rough and the service engine soon light is on. I checked the code at advanced auto parts and it's stating that cylinder #3 is misfiring I'm assuming that the coil is bad on #3 I see you sell them single or in a set of six I know I should probably change them all, but I'm disabled and money is an issue is there any way it may be a bad plug? I was unable to find them for my car on your site do you happen to carry them and if so do you offer them in a package price w/the Coils? Any help that you can give me would be greatly appreciated I know bmw recommends NGK platinum again thank you for your time regarding my problem. 1
