The Hyundai control arm is a part of your vehicles suspension system. Specifically, it is a hinged suspension link between the chassis and the suspension hub that carries your wheels. The purpose of having a Hyundai control arm set is to allow the up and down movement of your suspension system. A diagonal radius rod constricts the strut from moving back and forth. This type of control arm only uses a lower control arm because the place of the upper control arm is taken over by the strut.
