The Mercury Villager is a minivan produced between the years 1992 and 2002. Mercury, a manufacturer of automobiles, was a division of the Ford Motor Company. The firm was founded by Edsel Ford in 1938. Its headquarters were located in Michigan, United States. In the 1930s, the brand unveiled its first vehicle, the Mercury Eight. The car was equipped with an engine that generated a horsepower of 95. The 1960s saw the launch of three new models: the Comet, Meteor and Cougar. The Capri, a popular captive import car, was released in 1971. The car was powered by a 4-cylinder V6 engine. Mercury was phased out in 2011.
