You will need the packing slip or a copy of your invoice to complete this form. After you complete the fields below, we will email it to your email address. Once you receive the email, print it out and put it in the box for return. If a box is damaged or too small you may put it inside another box, but you must include the original box. Parts returned without the box and this form are not accepted. You must include all parts and any supplied paperwork or accessories.
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will automatically be processed and issued to your credit card within 5 business days. If the part is installed and defective, please see our easy warranty. It is our policy to replace all defective parts.
BuyAutoParts.com parts are returnable provided they have not been installed, used or damaged and are returned within 30 days of purchase. There will be a Restocking Fee of 15% ($20 minimum) on ALL returned parts. The customer is responsible for shipping the part(s) back on returned items, including shipping charges. Parts returned as used or incomplete, or parts returned to a different address will receive no refund. Parts that are returned as wrong parts or defective are subject to a full restocking fee.

Installed parts returned as defective or wrong, without prior approval by our staff, will not be refunded. Parts returned after 30 days will not be refunded. No exceptions. Store Credit can be issued to customers in some cases when a defective or wrong part that was installed falls out of the normal refund policy stated above. Store Credit is also subject to our normal refund policy and can include a restocking fee. Store Credits are good for a period 12 months from the date issued to the customer. Store Credits can be used to purchase merchandise only, from our online retail store.
Please do not call to check the status of your return as we are handling hundreds of inquires a day. Please keep your tracking information, this is your proof of return. If you do not hear from us in three weeks of sending your part, then email [email protected]. Inquires before three weeks will not be answered. We apologize for sounding harsh but we will get your return processed.
