This is a brand new AC evaporator core that's guaranteed to fit and perform just like OEM, backed by the same one year, unlimited mileage warranty. Make sure you replace the drier filter as well, every time the AC lines are opened up, for better long-term reliability. This is also a good opportunity to replace the expansion valve; it's relatively inexpensive, and much easier to replace if you're doing the evaporator at the same time. Fits 1999-2007 Ford Super Duty pickups and 2000-2005 Excursion, plus 2000-2008 F-650 and F-750 with the 5.9L Cummins diesel. If you have an Excursion, keep in mind this is the front evaporator located under the dash. Models with rear AC will have a second evaporator for rear seat passengers, so please verify which one you need to replace before ordering!
