This is a brand new AC evaporator core that's guaranteed to fit and perform just like OEM, backed by the same one year, unlimited mileage warranty. Make sure you replace the drier filter as well, every time the AC lines are opened up, for better long-term reliability. This is also a good opportunity to replace the expansion valve; it's relatively inexpensive, and much easier to replace if you're doing the evaporator at the same time. Fits 1997-2003 Ford F150, 1997-1999 F250 (non Super Duty), 2004 F150 Heritage, 1997-2002 Expedition, 2000-2002 Excursion (gas engine only) and 1998-2002 Lincoln Navigator. This is the front evaporator under the dashboard. Models with rear AC will have a second evaporator in the back seat as well, so please verify which one you need to replace before ordering
