This is a remanufactured genuine Bosch VP44 16X diesel fuel injection pump, professionally rebuilt in a Bosch-authorized facility, using Bosch components and specialized tools. This fits all late 1998 (1998.5)-2002 Dodge Ram pickups with the 5.9L 24-valve Cummins turbo diesel engine, 6-speed manual transmission, and without the ""High Output"" package. H.O. trucks have 245 hp (as opposed to 235 hp in the standard truck). If you're unsure about whether or not your truck has the H.O. package, check under the hood; trucks with that option have a ""High Output"" badge on the valve cover. The diesel injection pump is a common failure point on the 24v Cummins pickups, usually around the 150k mile mark.
