An idle control valve is a device that controls the engine's idling revolutions per minute (RPM). The idle control valve is mounted on the motor. A control valve is a device that opens or closes fully or partially according to the signal received from an external control device. It consists of a valve body, actuator housing, positioner, yoke, valve sleeve, valve stem, O-ring, set point scale and range adjustment spring.
