This turbocharger is meant to replace the original turbocharger that came from the factory in a 6.5L diesel. It will not fit in your 350ci gas engine.

This turbo is going to fit and function exactly the same as OEM, so if that downpipe fits your stock turbo, it'll fit this one as well. If your truck is otherwise stock, you might notice a slight drop in performance with a larger exhaust; the turbo needs a certain amount of backpressure in order to spool and build boost effeciently.

What exact vehicle do you have? Does it have an intercooler? Do you need the hose connecting the turbo to the intercooler, or the intercooler to the intake? We can check to see what we have available.
