We are currently seeking a Data Entry/Analyst to join our Products Team. This position will provide analytical and tactical support to the company’s Products team, performing a variety of purchasing and supply chain duties. Advanced excel skills and outstanding attention to detail are a must, as the position requires a considerable amount of Excel work and data management. The position also requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, as the Data Entry/Analyst will serve as a primary point of contact for both domestic and international vendors. Additionally, the Data Entry/Analyst will work with both the Accounting and Logistics departments to reconcile vendor issues and to help facilitate inbound and outbound shipments. The ideal candidate will be a self-starting individual with excellent communication skills, who is able to multi-task in a fast pace environment.

Qualifications:

-     Minimum of 1-3 years professional experience (Data Entry or supply chain experience a plus, but not necessary)

-     Excellent communication (written & verbal), customer service, and analytical capabilities

-     Excellent Organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at various stages of completion

-     Ability to understand, analyze and verify large volumes of data

-     Ability to type no less than 65 Words per minute

-     Microsoft Excel skills a must (VLOOKUPS, subtotals, filtering, and other basic routines within Excel)

Responsibilities:

-     Review, Issue and maintain system data related to domestic and international purchase orders

-     Liaise with Operations, Accounting, Logistics and Product Analysts daily for the procurement of goods; ensuring goods are properly represented systematically, paid and shipped on time, and that maximum discounts are applied

-     Coordinate with domestic and international vendors daily to ensure records are accurately maintained and updated

-     Organize vendor pricing by conducting cost updates, maintaining discounts and resolving invoice discrepancies

-     Assist Product Managers with various reports and projects

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary depending on experience, ranging from $14.00-$19.00/hr.
