Marketplace Sales & Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, team-player to join our growing online Marketplaces team (eBay, Amazon & more). Our ideal candidate will combine their knowledge of the automotive industry with superior communication skills and web savvy to create a top-rated buying experience for our customers. You will be responsible for helping grow the marketplaces team through sales, order processing, customer service and marketing. This is a great opportunity to gain experience and grow professionally with a fast paced online distribution company.



-     College degree (or equivalent work experience)

-     Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

-     A high degree of computer literacy

-     Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

-     Customer Service or Sales experience a plus

-     Experience selling on eBay, Amazon or other Marketplaces a plus

-     Basic understanding of HTML, SEO, and Internet Marketing a plus

-     Desire to provide outstanding customer service

-     Experience in the automotive industry or knowledge of cars or power sports is preferred. If your resume does not clearly display your knowledge and experience, please explain in your cover letter.


We offer a competitive salary of $13-$15/hour, with the potential to earn more through incentives, overtime and bonuses – most reps earn $30k-40k/yr. We have a positive and stable company culture. We also offer full benefits and paid vacations.
