Deutz-powered commercial vehicles were marketed under the Magirus Deutz brand name, between the years 1960 and 1980. In 2012, Deutz AG and Shandong Changlin Machinery Group, a manufacturer of construction and agricultural machinery, set up a joint venture to manufacture engines.
